From a young age, my passion for cooking has been a cornerstone of my life, inspired by my hardworking mother who effortlessly created delicious meals from simple ingredients. Her belief that you put your mind to" ignited my culinary journey.

I pursued my passion through formal education in Culinary Arts and Management, where I explored myriad flavors and cooking techniques. Engaging with fellow food enthusiasts outside the culinary field further enriched my understanding of how spices and ingredients can come together to create extraordinary dishes.

In 2022, I took a leap of faith and founded Twisted Craving Cuisine LLC, a business dedicated to blending diverse cultural cuisines with American flavors. I began selling plates from home, quickly transitioning into catering events across various locations. Supported by my Chef instructor, family, and friends, I strive to share my culinary gifts with the world, inviting everyone to experience the vibrant flavors that I affectionately call " Flavor Town 300."

With the Lord's guidance and encouragement of my supporters, I am committed to growing my business and sharing delicious meals that bring people together through the joy of food.
